214Fit is a veteran owned and operated health and fitness coaching service.
It is specifically tailored for Veterans looking to get back to their fighting health and overcome the challenges they face when transitioning from the Military into the Civilian lifestyle. We understand the unique challenges that come with this transition, such as lack of structure, irregular schedules, and missing the Mission Mindset. Our goal is to help veterans achieve optimal health and wellness, so they can perform their jobs safely and effectively while regaining the brotherhood that they have lost when leaving the service.

Our goal is to only take on clients who are EXTREMELY motivated to reach their goal, not just ‘kind of” interested. We do the best with people who are sick and tired of not being where they want to be, are action-takers, and are willing to do what it takes to achieve their goals.

OUR FOUNDER
NICK BURNS
Nick Burns is the Owner & Founder of 214Fit. Nick served in Active Duty Army for 6 years, was stationed in Fort Bragg, NC, and completed multiple tours to Afghanistan conducting Counter IED operations.
After leaving the service Nick was diagnosed with PTSD and instead of turning to alcohol and prescription medication he found his outlet through the gym which helped his mental state to keep the structure he needed to be successful in his future career.
Nick's mission is introduce health and fitness as the bridge to the Veteran community for those who are struggling with structure, mental illnesses, or an outlet to get back to their fighting weight and who they were in the service.
